BIBCAT development
Some of the features and enhancements discussed in OPAC meetings and forum are implemented on Test English and Test French Interfaces for evaluation. Upon approval by the OPAC committee, the features or enhancements are ported over to the live BIBCAT.
The test sites have been upgraded to web2 GL3.2 (532) - November 14th, 2008
The live sites have been upgraded to web2 GL3.1 (504.7)
Bibliocentre is hosting a distribution list to allow members to ask questions, discuss problems, and give feed back to the approved enhancements, as implemented by the Bibliocentre. If you wish to be a member of the OPAC distribution list, please send your request to Alex Eykelhof
Sirsi offers two web OPAC products with their Unicorn back
end: webcat and Web2. Bibliocentre's OPAC is running Sirsi
